1. How to Request Account Deletion

• User ID / Account ID / Player ID
• Registered Email Address (if applicable)
• Login Method (Guest, Google, Apple, Facebook, etc.)
• Server ID or Character ID (if applicable)
• Country / Region
• A clear statement requesting account deletion

2. Identity Verification

To protect users from unauthorized deletion requests, we may request additional information to verify account ownership before processing your request.

3. Processing Time

Once your identity has been verified, we will generally process your deletion request within 30 days.

• Game account information
• User profile information
• Game progress and save data
• In-game settings and preferences
• Customer support records associated with the account
• Other personal information linked to the game account and controlled by us
