This page explains how users can request deletion of their game account and associated personal data for games published by COCONUTEK PTE. LTD..
If you would like to permanently delete your game account and associated personal data, please follow the instructions below.
1. How to Request Account Deletion
Please send your deletion request to support@coconutek.com.
- Game Name
- User ID / Account ID / Player ID
- Registered Email Address (if applicable)
- Login Method
- Server ID or Character ID (if applicable)
- Country / Region
- A clear statement requesting deletion of your account and associated personal data
Example Request:I would like to request deletion of my game account and associated personal data. My game is [Game Name] and my User ID is [User ID].
2. Identity Verification
To protect users from unauthorized deletion requests, we may request additional information to verify ownership of the account before processing your request.
3. Processing Time
Once your identity has been verified, we will generally process your deletion request within 30 days, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
4. Data That Will Be Deleted or Anonymized
- Game account information
- User profile information
- User ID / Player ID and account identifiers controlled by us
- Game progress and saved game data
- In-game settings and preferences
- Virtual items, rewards, achievements, and certain account entitlements
- Other personal information linked to the game account and controlled by us
5. Purchase, Transaction, Refund and Subscription Records
After account deletion, certain transaction-related information may still need to be retained for legal, accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention, refund, chargeback, or dispute-resolution purposes.
6. Important Information About Subscriptions
Deleting your game account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
You may need to cancel an active subscription separately through Google Play, Apple App Store, TikTok, or another platform.
7. Data That May Be Retained
- Legal and regulatory compliance records
- Tax and accounting records
- Purchase verification and financial records
- Refunds, chargebacks, and payment dispute records
- Fraud-prevention and security records
- Records needed to detect or prevent cheating, abuse, or unauthorized activity
8. Effect of Account Deletion
- Your game account may no longer be accessible.
- Your game progress and saved data may be permanently deleted.
- Virtual items, in-game currency, rewards, achievements, and certain entitlements may be permanently removed.
- Deleted account data may not be recoverable.
Account deletion does not itself create an entitlement to a refund.
9. Third-Party Platforms and Services
Deletion requests submitted through this page apply to personal data controlled by COCONUTEK PTE. LTD. Data independently controlled by third parties may be subject to their own privacy policies and deletion procedures.
