Account & Data Deletion Request

If you would like to delete your game account and associated personal data, please submit a deletion request using the contact information below.

Information Required

Please include the following information in your request:

Game Name
User ID / Account ID
Registered Email Address (if applicable)
Login Method (Guest / Google / Facebook / Apple etc.)
Server ID or Character ID (if applicable)
A brief statement requesting account deletion

Identity Verification

To protect user privacy and account security, we may request additional information to verify ownership of the account before processing deletion requests.

Processing Time

After verification, deletion requests will generally be processed within 30 days.

Account information
User profile data
Game progress and saved data
In-game preferences
Associated personal information stored by us

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required for:

Legal obligations
Tax and accounting requirements
Payment dispute resolution
Fraud prevention and security investigations

Any retained information will only be kept for the minimum period required by law.
